Workouts for body weights control

Why do we love bodyweight workouts so much? Aside from the obvious—no equipment or gym required—these workouts are great for building lean muscle mass and keeping your metabolism revved. And this routine is no exception. It takes just 20 minutes to complete, which means there'll be zero time wasted. This routine is broken down into two circuits (with a quick breather in between), and you'll perform each move in the circuit for 30 seconds before moving onto the next. Then it's time to head back to the beginning, where you'll perform the exercises one more time and segue into a well-deserved cool-down.
