5 habits you should change to save your brain




In our brain there are billions of cells which help us to calculate the simple math to complex artificial intelligence and keeping them healthy and agile is our responsibility  lead our life in a better way  but most us do much damage to these cells unknowingly  by doing these simple mistakes 

  1. Skipping breakfast




 

Skipping breakfast is very common mistake we do in busy day  we miss it a6t home for catching cab in time we miss it at office  for first priorities  by the time we get a free time to catch up the canteen its already 11 .30 so just think wow  its 11 .30 already so let me have lunch at one o clock  so does it happen almost all day .

Our  brain to capacity to keep fast maximum is  10 to 12 hours and after the night supper to morning its already 12 hours crossed and our brain cells are hardly in need of some fresh energy and we fail we force to get it killed so change this habit from today lets go for a healthy breakfast.

2. visual addiction



Stop watching  tv and pick up book   the logic is so simple when read your brain engage vissulising the  and constructiong the seen you read

Does it work? yes,  your brain has created the image such a wonderful way it picks up the old memories it creates an environment of the seen it colours the seen according to the situation and even gives audio too.

But when you watch a video brain stop engaging in creativity its a passive observer and you miss its potential power, so decide to read rather than watching.

3. No Brain game ,Find some time to play.



 

You stopped it in your childhood and now uninstall your candy crush and temple run Puzzles, Sudoku  

4. Avoid  Calculator



3-It’s the time to pick up pen and paper than the calculator. We stopped doing even simple calculations the mind   but searching calculator on our smart phone  once calculator  was  available only in the office  but now in the  pocket as a smartphone.
